FIERGS leva propostas de medidas emergenciais ao ministro do Trabalho

A Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (FIERGS), em audiência por vídeo com o ministro do Trabalho, Luiz Marinho, nesta segunda-feira (06), solicitou medidas emergenciais de apoio a indústrias e trabalhadores atingidos pela calamidade no Estado. A entidade pede redução da jornada de trabalho e salário, suspensão temporária do contrato de trabalho teletrabalho, antecipação de férias individuais, concessão de férias coletivas, aproveitamento e antecipação de feriados, banco de horas, suspensão da exigibilidade dos recolhimentos do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço (FGTS), bem como parcelamento e, por fim, saque do saldo de FGTS. O ministro sinalizou de forma positiva e disse que, em 48 horas, irá publicar a regulamentação do artigo 2º da Lei 4.437/2022 que trata sobre teletrabalho, antecipação de férias individuais, concessão de férias coletivas, aproveitamento e antecipação de feriados, banco de horas e suspensão da exigibilidade dos recolhimentos do FGTS.

Em relação ao Benefício Emergencial (BEM), o ministro decidiu avaliar o tema a fim de verificar como estará a situação de calamidade pública nos próximos dias. A Fed das Indústrias do RS sugere ao ministro do Trabalho redução da jornada de trabalho e salário, suspensão do contrato de teletrabalho, antecipação de férias individuais, férias coletivas etc.

Participaram da reunião o coordenador e vice-coordenador do Conselho de Relações do Trabalho (Contrab) da FIERGS, Guilherme Scozziero e Sergio Galera, respectivamente, os vice-presidentes da FIERGS Thômaz Nunnenkamp e Claudio Bier, o diretor da FIERGS Marlos Schmidt e o presidente da Fecomércio, Luiz Carlos Bohn. Em breve, uma nova reunião com o ministro será realizada para avaliação das medidas tomadas até o momento.
