Justiça afasta presidente do Conselho Federal de Fisioterapia

O Tribunal Regional Federal da 1ª Região (TRF1-DF) ordenou o afastamento do presidente do Conselho Federal de Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional (Coffito), Roberto Cepeda, e seu assessor Hebert Chimicatti, após denúncias de irregularidades.

Entre as acusações, estão a compra superfaturada de um imóvel em Brasília, no ano de 2015, que não foi utilizado, e irregularidades em licitações.

O Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU) está investigando a compra do imóvel, e o Ministério Público Federal (MPF) reabriu a ação criminal contra os envolvidos.

O juiz Bruno Anderson Santos da Silva destacou a “gravidade dos atos” e a “possível influência dos réus” sobre as provas, devido ao tempo em que estiveram na gestão do Coffito.

As denúncias incluem também a criação de uma subsede em Curitiba sem necessidade ou previsão legal, abandono de propriedade em São Paulo, interferência em eleições do conselho, falta de transparência, fraudes, descumprimento de decisões judiciais, perseguição política e pagamentos ilícitos por estadias em hotéis.

Como medida cautelar, Cepeda e Chimicatti estão proibidos de acessar as dependências do Coffito, seus sistemas internos e de representar o conselho.

As atividades do Coffito serão centralizadas na sede de Brasília, e as subsedes de Curitiba e São Paulo ficarão impedidas de realizar atividades relacionadas à gestão do conselho.

A subsede de Curitiba será fechada, e a decisão judicial visa a preservar a integridade das investigações e evitar a continuação dos danos patrimoniais ao órgão.
